Perfect for all levels and fitness levels, are popular SUP yoga class will quickly challenge you and is sure to make you smile.

The sound of the water and birds all around you will put you in a constant connection with nature adding a extra dimensions to your normal practice. This adds an extra level to the feeling of relaxation and release that is normally accompanied after your yoga practise. The fresh air will wash away your stress and leave you with all the normal benefits of yoga.

Fridays 9am from June 7th to September 6th


Saturday 9am from June 8th to September 7th

  • All courses are given by a professional and experienced instructor
  • We will make sure that all students have a stable board and anchor if they do not already have one.

  • The course consists of a short warm up and then one hour of yoga

  • If you can not make a course that you registered for, the date can be changed to a more convenient date.

  • A minimum of 3 people registered for a session for it to take place.
