Return and Refund Policy

It will be our pleasure, upon presentation of your electronic receipt, to reimburse you for any new and unused merchandise in its original packaging, within 7 days of receipt by mail or pick up in store. The return can be made in store or by mail at the customer's expense.

 

Exchange policy

It will be our pleasure, upon presentation of your electronic receipt, to exchange any new and unused merchandise in its original packaging, within 30 days of receipt by mail or pick up in store. The return can be made in store or by mail at the customer's expense.

Procedure for returns

To proceed with a return, please contact us by email or phone to notify us. We will confirm if this is possible and we will explain what to do next.

Guarantee and after sales service

All of our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of one year. Some products have a longer warranty. If so, it will be mentioned in the product description.

Delivery delay

We make every effort so that you can receive your order as soon as possible. Under normal conditions, orders will arrive at their destination approximately 2 to 5 business days from the date the order is confirmed. Due to circumstances beyond our control related to COVID-19, additional delays may also occur with carriers delivering packages for us. A confirmation email will be sent to you as the packages are shipped. The tracking link provided on this email is the best source of information for tracking your packages. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping cost

Delivery charges apply and vary depending on the price and size of the items. Shipping is free anywhere in Canada for orders of $ 200 and more before taxes.

Loss or not receipt of a package

If, for any reason whatsoever, you do not collect your package and it is returned to us, the transport costs incurred for the return of the package to us will be deducted from your refund. Also note that we ship packages with a maximum insurance of $ 100. In case of loss of package, no refund will be made as long as the chosen carrier has not completed the search for said package. Note that investigation times can take up to 30 days.
